Introduction

The TCAF Referee Seminar Pre-course is meant to help participants further their knowledge of the rules of armwrestling as well as familiarize themselves with the proper hand signals used by TCAF referees. By completing the pre-course, participants should arrive at the in person portion of the seminar with a base understanding of the material that will be presented.

After each section there will be a short quiz to review the knowledge. Answer to the best of your abilities. The quizzes are meant to help the participant assess their knowledge of the material and will not be used in overall grading at the seminar.

It is strongly recommended to make note of any questions you may have about the rules and hand signals so we can explain them to you at the seminar.
